- Customers can cancel orders, as long as the restaurant hasn’t started preparing the order.
- Restaurants may cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances.

- GoGstaad is not liable for:
- Food quality or preparation.
- Delivery delays or issues.
- Any damages or losses resulting from use of the App.
- GoGstaad disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
7. Intellectual Property
- GoGstaad's intellectual property (IP) includes the App, logos, and content.
- You don't acquire any IP rights by using GoGstaad.
8. Governing Law
